This trademarked Bug Barrier roll-up door has a header mount with wind bars and 2-in. tracks. The color is green with yellow safety stripes. The header uses approximately 8 in. of headroom and 5-in. of side room.

The Bug Barrier door is operated by a heavy-duty spring-loaded roll-tube and mounts between the jabs under the header. A pull-down handle is used to open and close. A locking pin and grommet or locking plate are included to secure the door. Vinyl weatherstripping angled inside the tracks creates a tighter seal.
The tight-weave mesh is created with 7 x 11 ends/in² weave mesh material is an .025-in. Diameter vinyl-coated polyester yarn that allows up to 35% airflow.
Operate it manually using the spring-loaded manual roll tube. This bug-barring mesh door with a built-in automatic reset system and bottom foam cushioning has breakaway fiberglass wind bars and three-piece Snap-tite brand 2-in. aluminum tracks. In case of accidental impact these tracks allow for the door's replacement in case of an accidental impact.
Fiberglass wind bars are flexible, so they can pop out on impact to prevent breakage. An interlocking brush seal at the top of the tracks will automatically reset the curtain back into the guides if it is accidentally forced out of its track.
