Miller Edge Patriot Control Module MIRCU-02

The MIRCU-02 Universal Non-Monitored Interface Patriot Control Module by Miller Edge is now available to order directly from North Shore Commercial Door.  The MIRCU-02 unit is for use with the Patriot non-contact sensing edge by Miller Edge. The MIRCU-02 converts the pulsed signal from a monitored photo optic device to a non-monitored normally open signal. This is most commonly used when a commercial door only has one monitored input and a second photo-eye or light curtain is added to the application. It is also useful for adapting monitored devices to pre-2010 operators. The MIRCU-02 is housed in a rugged Polycarbonate enclosure with a NEMA 4 rating to protect against harsh environments. #6 self-drilling mounting screws are included.

The standard MIRCU-02 has a normally open output and is configured to be Fail Safe so that it reports a fault in the event of a power failure. The MIRCU-02 can also be configured at the factory for normally closed operation if required (please specify NORMALLY OPEN or NORMALLY CLOSED in the configuration options above).
