Product Description

The LiftMaster 71B120H interior solenoid brake with cable from North Shore Commercial Door is a 115-volt brake kit with solenoid for LiftMaster models T, J and H commercial garage door operators. The 71B120H LiftMaster brake with solenoid will provide up to 5 pounds per foot of braking torque at 1725 RPM. This factory-installed solenoid-actuated brake for LiftMaster commercial chain hoist operators will keep your door operating safely if the brake or the solenoid fails. Keep in mind that the opener might still work if the solenoid goes bad, but the braking system will cease to function, which means your door will be operating without a brake. A nonworking solenoid-actuated brake will also damage the garage door opener.
