STAFF ANSWER: Yes , this will work on 41A4315-7H door openers . If you are having trouble programming ; the manufacture has a great tech team for proramming 800-528-9131. Make sure you try resetting the system memory on the operator hold Colored learn button in for 1 full minute that will reset the system memory. Then try to reprogram the keypad to it. by Matthew O a
ANSWER: I couldn't get mine to work initially either. I reset the garage door receiver code completely on the garage door opener the opener in your garage not the transmitter. I followed the instructions on the garage door opener to 'erase all receiver codes', then reprogrammed it by following the instructions to 'program receiver code'. Once I was done with that, I tried again to program my new keypad following the instructions that came with it and it worked on the first try. by Kimberly L a
