ANSWER: yes, looks like replacement part I ordered and used however it is for an Allstar opener not Allister if that is a concern. Also, this is a plastic replacement part but it replaces the plastic OEM sprocket that was on it. Other respondents are correct about measuring shaft diameter and sprocket tip to tip diameter before purchasing replacement so you know what you're getting is not incorrect by Rick C a

ANSWER: Looks like it is 5/8" in diameter....I will tell you it is pretty much the only sprocket with teeth. It is more than likely what they need. by S T a
ANSWER: The shaft hole size is 5/8" and the outside dimensions is 2 5/8" sprocket tip to tip. Be careful, know the diameter of shaft because some models openers had 1/2" shafts on which the rear idler fits. by S R a
