Are you tired of the ugly result that’s left in the aftermath of installing a detection loop? The LZR-H100 Laser Scanner from BEA INC. is a great alternative solution! The LZR-H100 is the latest time-of-flight motion and presence sensor to hit the market from BEA INC. Being specifically designed for use with gates and barrier applications, the sensing ability and ease of installation is incredible! The typical installation for this product takes 1-2 hours and requires no cuts into the pavement or asphalt, eliminating the need for a 24 hour cure time. Your facility could be utilizing this device the same day!
The LZR-H100 is compatible with DC power supplies only, and is intended to be installed 40CM (roughly 16 inches) above the ground facing oncoming traffic. Two built-in relays enable it to activate an access control device, open or close a gate or barrier arm, or trigger a warning indication device. Powering this device requires the included 30 feet of cable to be cut down, stripped, and terminated to the operator. The Motion and Presence sensor features four laser-based detection curtains which enables it to offer a three dimensional detection area for precise obstruction detection.
When you order the LZR-H100 you will be receiving the sensor, a hex key, adjustable bracket, 30 feet of cable, screw pack, mounting template, reference point sticker, and users guide. In order to adjust the sensor to be able to reach its maximum 32 ft by 32 ft detection range, the BEA 10REMOTE Universal Remote Control is required adjust the sensor.
