This touchless actuator available at North Shore Commercial Door is great for high traffic areas such as retail shops and transportation centers. The jamb plate kit is also a great fit for facilities requiring hygienic activation such as and healthcare facilities, pharmacies, clean rooms, and food service facilities. The 10MS31 integrates fully with full energy swing doors, low energy swing doors, and industrial doors. The included sensor detects moving objects such as a hand, cart, or wheelchair, and features an adjustable range of 4 to 24 inches and relay hold times of 0.5 to 30 seconds. These standard features allow to this actuator to comply with the ANSI 156.10 Knowing Act Standard.
The 10MS31J Jamb Plate kit comes with one jamb plate with the color of your choice, the sensor, and the mounting bracket. is available in three different colors: black, gray, and white. Please use the dropdown above to select the color you wish to receive when you place an order. This kit is only compatible with surface mounting and requires box model 10BOXJAMBST. If you are seeking to replace your existing push plates, the 10MS31J will require the 10TD900TR 900MHz Retrofit Transmitter and 10RD900 900MHz Receiver
