The Parallax I swing door activation and safety system for single doors by BEA is now available from North Shore Commercial Door. The Parallax I system is designed to ensure safety while the door is fully open, closed or in motion as a redundant safety system. The Parallax I utilizes door mounted SuperScans for safety while the door is in motion. A Bodyguard is also used to prevent the door from opening or closing on a pedestrian or object within the path of the door.
The Parallax I package includes one (1) overhead activation sensor (10EAGLE), one (1) overhead safety sensor (10BODYGUARDIII), two (2) door mounted safety sensors (10SSII), one (1) extension mounting bracket for the Bodyguard (10BODYMNT), one (1) SuperScan quick disconnect harness (10SSQD) and one (1) 24 VAC transformer (1024VAC).
***Please Note: The Parallax I system requires a standard lockout module (10LO21P) which is sold separately.
