With polypropylene filaments comprising the brush seal, your facility is shielded from rain, snow, dirt, dust, pests and other contaminants. What sets our brush seal apart is its water-resistant nature. The polypropylene bristles won’t retain water, preventing freezing or sticking on any surface.
Each roll-up door brush seal kit comes with a #2.5 slim retainer crafted from sturdy aluminum and pre-cut to perfection, eliminating the need for drilling. Kits are available in six different door sizes and five brush bristle lengths with 45-degree or straight (90-degree) retainer profiles. There are 32 mounting fasteners for swift and hassle-free installation, saving you time and effort.
Upgrade your facility's protection with the Action Industries Flex Brush Seal Kit Door Package. They are perfect for traditional garage doors, mini-warehouse doors, residential sectional doors or commercial doors. These are cut-down kits, meaning the retainer is cut into 4-ft. x 1-in. sections or 5-ft. x 1-in. sections depending on your specific requirements. For example, an 8 x 8-ft. kit consists of six 4-ft. 1-in retainers with brush seals pre-installed.

Choosing Your Kit
- Select your garage door size. Choose the 8 ft. x 8 ft. for doors 8 ft. x 8 ft. and below, the 10 ft. x 10 ft. kit for doors 10 ft. x 10 ft. and below, and so on. If your door is not exactly the size of our kits, the kit can easily be cut down to the size you need. You can cut the retainer with a handsaw and trim the brushes with a pair of scissors.
- Select your brush size. We offer five different brush lengths depending on the size of the door gap: 1/2 in., 3/4 in. , 1 in., 1-1/2 in. and 2 in.
- Select your retainer profile. The 45-degree angled seals are ideal for sectional doors while straight brush seals are good for rolling steel and corrugated doors.

Installation To install your brush seal kit, measure the top and sides of your garage door and mark out where the retainers should go.
