This key enables the property manager to prevent unwanted access from parties or tenants who have keys. The overlock key fits into the lock, and is activated by turning the key counter-clockwise. When activated tenants with keys to the lock will not be able to activate the lock or open the unit. This makes it a perfect fit for managing tenants who are past-due with their units rent.
