Clopay 0122530 EZ-SET Torsion Tube Coupler

Clopay’s 0122530 EZ-SET Torsion Tube Coupler for residential garage doors. The tube coupler is placed in the middle of two garage door shafts and securely connects them. Once two torsion shafts are firmly coupled they act as one shaft for the torsion springs and drums to be mounted on. There are two opposing holes on each end of the coupler, when it is attached to each shaft the holes are used as a guide to drill pilot holes. Mounts to torsion tubes with #14 x 5/8“ sheet metal screws. One torsion tube coupler is included in every EZ-Set Torsion Kit from North Shore Commercial Door, and is designed for DIY installation and upkeep of garage door torsion assemblies.
