The Genie 3666R.S Screw Drive Garage Door Opener Shuttle Assembly is an important piece of the rail assembly and the operator as a whole. The shuttle works with the Carriage assembly to travel the length of the rail and open the garage door. An important feature of the Shuttle Assembly is to provide a manual disconnect feature to the operator, allowing the user to open the door by hand in the event of a power outage. To Disengage the Shuttle simply pull down on the Emergency release cord the shuttle will disengage.
