Product Description

If you have pinpointed the problem with your Genie Excelerator garage door opener to a malfunctioning circuit board, you are in luck as new replacement circuit boards are available at North Shore Commercial Door Co. at the lowest prices in the industry. This circuit board, model number 36428R.S, is designed for Genie Excelerator garage door openers manufactured between 2000 and 2008. Genie Company policy is to issue a new model number each time a part is replaced or updated. This policy has led to some confusion among Genie garaged door opener owners but you can be assured that this circuit board model 36428R.S is compatible with circuit boards with model numbers 34463R and 35383R respectively. This Genie circuit board includes a wire harness and the ability to change AC currents to DC currents for motor operation. This circuit board is easy to install even for the most novice DIYers. After unplugging the garage door opener, you will need to disconnect the mounting screws. Then you will unplug the two harnesses to the old board, remove the old board and insert the new circuit board. After reattaching the harnesses and connecting the mounting screws your garage door opener should work like new. When replacing these circuit boards, the staff at North Shore Commercial Door Co. recommends using the Woods Garage Door Opener Surge Protector as a safety precaution.
