The Genie TCM Timer-to-Close Module for use with commercial warehouse and garage door openers will allow you to easily adjust your opener without having to rewire openers. This "Plug and Play" module from Genie Company now on sale at North Shore Commercial Door can help you make sure your door is closed, even if you forget to close it. Just plug the module into your commercial unit to make changes. However, this unit does require a monitored entrapment device to be installed.
The LCD display on the module is used to configure the timer/close module. The LCD display lights up when it's connected to the control board. You can make adjustments to the door's timed-close function ranging from 1 seconds to 5 minutes.
