QUESTION: hi, my garage door openner is a Liftmaster 81LM, and I want an extra remote for it.I read that one of the customers's old remote stopped working after they programmed the new one successfully. Is that a common problem? how did you fix it? Thanks! by Anne L 10/12/2015
STAFF ANSWER: You should not have a problem. In most cases we run into with only one working we recommend clearing all memory from the unit.
