If your commercial garage door is not operating properly, its malfunction can compromise the safety of your commercial space. When your garage door opener system doesn’t respond to remotes or keypads, you may need to replace your current circuit board. Erratic or inconsistent programmable features, such as a reversal system, may also indicate a faulty circuit board. Fortunately, we carry an extensive selection of replacement circuit boards for every LiftMaster model. The Logic 3 LiftMaster K1A5729 commercial garage door opener circuit board is compatible with J, H and JH LiftMaster jackshaft system models.
Easy to program, the replacement LiftMaster logic board K1A5729 features a self-diagnostic, simple LED button system to aid in your system’s programming. Programmable features include open mid-stop, close mid-stop, timer to close, maximum run timer and auxiliary reversal system/RPM sensor. To ensure regular maintenance and upkeep, the LED diagnostic system also offers an optional maintenance alert system that schedules servicing by counting cycles. In addition, the circuit board features a 3-channel, 315MHz radio receiver, meaning you can easily program up to 23 Security+ or dip switch remote controls.
To program remote controls, simply:
• Press and Release the Radio button on the logic board and an LED will light.
• Press and hold the remote control’s button until the logic board’s LED begins to flash. Release remote control button and LED should stop flashing and remain lit. When the LED is solid, the remote control is programmed.
• Press and Release Radio button after remote controls are programmed.
Many of the other features of the Logic 3 LiftMaster K1A5729 circuit board are equally as simple to program, and in-depth instructions can be found in the LiftMaster J, H and JH system manual, which can be found in our comprehensive list of Product Manuals.
In most cases, circuit boards become damaged due to power surges and lighting strikes. As a result, the entire system becomes nonfunctional. To safeguard your Logic 3 LiftMaster K1A5729 circuit board against power surges, we recommend using a 990LM Garage Door Opener Surge Protector to ensure prolonged functionality.
