QUESTION: My door will open or close at random.....I have unhooked the control panel like this one from the circuit board and the door works fine and hasn't opened mysteriously yet....I say yet! Can these go bad? Or do you think it is my circuit board. by Daryl B 10/9/2014
STAFF ANSWER: Yes they can go bad. It is likely that the panel switch is bad, causing the wires to activate the door at random. I would replace this first. If this does not solve it then it is your circuit board or remote controls. by Matthew O a
