QUESTION: I have a receiver installed, that is the way I bought the house. I have one original remote for the lift itself, which is a marantec deluxe 2005 mac lift III.

The original remote work, but recently the replacement marantec remotes do not. All I hear is a clicking sound coming from the receiver. If I unplug the receiver, the original remote work, if it's plugged in, it still works.

So it seems like the receiver is shot? Can anyone
please help?

The receiver is a 315 MHz, plus the remotes.

Thanks in advance.

Clement by clement j 1/6/2015
STAFF ANSWER: It sounds like you have the wires rand improperly to the operator. The clicking sound means the receiver is working. But the wires are not hooked up correctly to the machine so when the relay is clicking it should be activating the door. by Matthew O a
