ANSWER: I haven't had that problem, probably would remove battery and start over. <br />If that does not work probably will need to be replaced.<br />Good luck by Larry P a

QUESTION: I have replaced one keypad successfully. I just replaced the other original and can not get it to work. Checked the other I repaced and it no longer works. Unplgged battery and followed directions to reset access and remote codes. Light goes out indicating it learned the code but will not open. Checked and repeat process again. Remotes still work but neither keypad will work. One is just out of box and other is about a year old. <br /><br />What am I missing? Keeps referring to 10 bit. ANSWER: If your remotes still work hard bit switches and 2 separate key pads don't. I would guess it is a programming miss match. To verify the pads operation try setting your door receiver switches to 1234, the reset default after pulling the Battery, Reset the the key pads and use 1234 to see if it will open. by Paul J a

ANSWER: Give them a call on Monday and have them talk you through it. I am technologically challenged and they got me set up right away. ANSWER: Wonder if you got the multi code keypad we returned to North Shore with same story and same ending as yours. First keypad we bought, from the company who installed garge door in 1987, could not get to work either and returned to them also. Just would not work and had the same results as you. by Donald R a
