NiceApollo manufactured a compact remote control that can program directly from another programmed Era One remote control. The high end design allows the transmitter to utilize a built-in proximity receiver to copy the code. This is not the only way that the remote control can program. There is also ways to program the remote directly from the receiver (FLO-R models), or by use of a “Programming Box”.
The ERA ON2E can be used a keychain or visor style remote control depending on the users needs. The miniature remote control measures 1.7 inches wide by 2.1 inches tall by .4 inches deep. Using a secure frequency of 433.92MHz combined with 72 bit O-Coding, unwanted code duplication isn’t even a possibility. The Circuitry performs so well, that the remote can work from up to 656 feet away with no lag in response time. The battery life for this unit is two years, and uses a 3 volt CR2032 Lithium Battery.
