Replace the standard trolley traveler assembly on your PowerMaster SL commercial garage door operator with the PowerMaster 38-00400 primary trolley slide assembly from North Shore Commercial Door. The PowerMaster SL is a commercial slide door trolley operator for use on sliding doors that use horizontal tracks. Install a replacement trolley slide assembly on the track assembly with the chin take-up bolt pointing away from the end of the truck where the power head is mounted. The power head is mounted to the track assembly using four 3/8 x 3/4 long hex head bolts, four 3/8 lock washers and four 3/8 hex nuts.

Turn the operator assembly over and back off the chain adjustment nut to the end of the threads on the chain take-up bolt 5. Then, lay out your drive chain next to the operator on your work surface. Thread one end of the operator drive chain around the operator drive sprocket and connect to the drive tab on the trolley slide assembly with a chain connecting link. Thread the other end of the drive chain around the idler roller assembly. Then pull the drive chain tight up to the trolley slide assembly. Mark the link that lines up with the hole on the chain take-up bolt on the slide assembly, and cut the drive chain to length. Contact our staff with installation questions.
