The LiftMaster K20-5150LD Garage Door Opener Motor is a powerful replacement piece for LiftMaster MH5011 medium-duty hoist operators. The motor offers 1/2 horsepower of lifting and lowering strength. The 115V single-phase motor includes instant reverse capabilities, a capacitor start and overload protection. It is best suited for high or vertical lift sectional doors, small rolling doors and grilles. The motor can perform up to 12 cycles per hour. It is UL-Listed and UL-Labeled for compliance with local regulations. The motor can be operated by the LiftMaster 3-button remote for open, close and stop operations.
Replacement motors are ideal for repairing garage door operators that hum, but do not raise or lower the doors.
