COMMENT: It was exactly what I needed. I lost my original one. by Anna S 2/21/2016
QUESTION: A question regarding the 971SC remote transmitter. In your literature, you indicated that the security plus feature entails changing the code every time you push the remote button. If I buy 2 remotes, how would the standby unit sync with the unit whose button is being pushed?<br /><br />George by George Q 4/15/2013
STAFF ANSWER: Syncing this remote to the system is simple. Once synced, you will not have any issues. Once synced / programmed the remote and receiver can then 'talk ' back and forth no matter the code. by Matthew O a
REPLY: Thanks for the answer. My concern is not with the remote automatically syncing with the receiver. My concern is with having 2 remotes. The idle remote would not know when the active remote has automatically re-coded with the receiver when it's button is pushed when opening the garage door! by George Q r
