Translates access for 1) simple card readers, 2) card and PIN readers 3) a card WITH pin reading function and multi-cards/multi-pin functions. The small device which includes programming remote physically wires to Wiegand or keypad access control station and conveys frequency and signals to open and operate that gate, door or other entry type.
