QUESTION: I am interested in buying the correct size belt for my Liftmaster 1280LMCR. The garage door is 7 foot tall, but the railing from outer pulley on rail to outer edge of sprocket on the opener is 10 feet long. ANSWER: It doesn't come with the metal adjustment clamps. It has a hole in each end of the flat rubber belt to put the adjusters. by Pierre C a
ANSWER: Yes it does. All you need is the master link for one end and the other end hooks onto the track that attaches to the door link and you're good to go. by Spencer P a
ANSWER: Yes, there is a stamped metal piece with a hole in it, on either end of the belt. It does NOT include the little post and metal clip that go through the hole and secure the belt to the carriage, though, you'll have to reuse your existing hardware. So, be careful taking them apart as they will likely be old and rusty if your garage door opener has a few years on it. by M A a
