QUESTION: I have the same issue as the previous question - our CPWR3 receiver unit has failed and we need a replacement. The remotes we use are CPTK13. Aren't those remotes compatible with this PPWR model? by Colby J 10/8/2014
STAFF ANSWER: The old passport products are long gone. You will have to buy the new receiver and new passport 2.0 remotes. That is literally your only option. by Matthew O a
QUESTION: How can I get a replacement antenna for the PPWR unit? by Michael S 5/3/2014
STAFF ANSWER: The part is available. Right now it is not listed on the website so a staff member will be emailing you with the part number and Pricing. by Matthew O a
QUESTION: We have a damaged CPWR3 unit. Is this a direct replacement? Will it be as simple as removing one device and wiring in the new one? Or will there be some setup required. <br />Currently the devices are connected to a Sentex DialCode system. by Greg L 1/16/2014
STAFF ANSWER: The CPWR3 is no longer available. The PPWR works on the same type of application and it compatible with computer software that property managers use. But your remotes will need to be replaced. Usually customers add this to their old system so both remotes work but if your cpwr3 is broken then you need to replace all of your remotes with the new passport units. by Matthew O a
