QUESTION: I have a Heddolf/keystone RF. keypad transmitter, that I am trying to match the dipsticks to my hand transmitter in order to set a code. The dipsticks on my transmitter are marked ON under the dipsticks, and the dipsticks on my keypad says open at the top of the dipsticks. Which way do I move the dipsticks on the keypad to match the transmitter dipsticks ? by None N 2/9/2015

ANSWER: Hello, open is off, closed is on. On is not open, set the switches so that what is on is the opposite of open. Hope this helps. by Frank L a
STAFF ANSWER: You have to set the dip switches and then you have to program the pin number into the keypad. It should show ON or OFF in the keypad for those dip switches. by Matthew O a
