Security Brands’ Edge E2 HID + Intercom is a secure smart card reader and intercom. Equipped with an HID ProxPoint proximity reader compatible with HID Proximity Cards (sold separately from North Shore Commercial Door) and a build-in intercom allows communication. The 1 Wiegand input, Bluetooth connection, and a mobile administrator app offers the simplicity of a stand-alone card reader/door intercom, but adds the power of mobile-app based programming and management. The Edge E2 HID + Intercom is more than a card reader, it’s a smart card reader with an intercom that offers enhanced security.
