They are designed to be easily replaceable and interchangeable in already installed Spaceguard latches if necessary. The existing hole in in spaceguard latches allows the locks to slide in and out without any pre-drilling. Spaceguard latches are made specifically to accommodate these locks on rolling steel door mini-warehouse applications. These cylinder locks are keyed uniquely, making them ideal for applications like self-storage facilities where multiple users have to access private areas.
