North Shore Commercial Door is excited to have the 550010 Photo Eye Kit from USAutomatic. This product from the industries leading innovator is a secondary safety device used to provide an extra layer of security and safety for those who use gate operators.
For the best area of protection one set of safety beams is to be placed pointing across the driveway (street side). The secondary set of safety beams is to be installed or mounted on the driveway just past the gate’s fully open position. Due to wiring needs the receiving eye needs to be placed on the side of the driveway closest to the control box, and the transmitting eye placed on the other side of the driveway. This device uses no reflector which offers superior reliability in use.
