EPDM Seal Kit for 12 ft. x 12 ft. Garage Doors

Easily weatherproof your residential or commercial garage door by sealing the top and sides with an EPDM Weather Seal Kit from North Shore Commercial Door. These standard sized EPDM seals are designed to fit your garage door sides and top to seal gaps where the door meets the jambs and header. These EPDM Weather Seal Kits are pre-assembled by Action Industries to include their heavy duty, flexible EPDM weather seal pre-installed on corrosion proof #4 aluminum standard retainers. The aluminum retainer is pre-tapped with holes, which means no drilling is required. Each Kit includes 32 fasteners for a quick and easy installation. Simply open your kit from North Shore Commercial Door and start screwing retainers into place on the jambs and header. This kit is for 12 ft. x 12 ft. garage doors and is customizable to seal the gaps on virtually any compatible garage. Choose between straight (A0282-MI) and 45-degree (A0288-MI) retainer profiles that hold the seals at different angles against the door. Straight retainers hold seals flush against the door from the jamb, while 45-degree retainers create a larger gap of air between the door and the seal. Choose from two standard EPDM sizes: 1-1/8 inches, and 2-1/2 inches. Kit Contents:

• 32 ft. of pre-cut and pre-punched standard aluminum retainers
• 32 ft. of pre-cut and pre-threaded vinyl weather seal
• 32 self tapping fasteners
