This means false detections caused by varying floor and environment conditions are virtually eliminated. The highly versatile SuperScan II 10SSTII48 can be used with automatic swinging, revolving, folding and low energy doors.
The SuperScan II 10SSTII48 incorporates (1) master module and (1) slave module per housing. The unit can be daisy chained with up to 9 slave modules. Due to this flexible configuration, the SuperScan II 10SSTII48 can be used on narrow or wide doors. Unwanted detection of guide rails or walls can be eliminated with the capability to independently angle each detection zone. Coupled with BEA's Bodyguard overhead presence sensor, the SuperScan II 10SSTII48 meets ANSI 156.10 standard relating to swing doors. Suggested use for 50" door leaf.
