That is why we have the C-ARL-A in stock and ready to ship! This latch is perfect for Corrugated Roll Up Doors and Atlas Rolling Doors, and will last customers for years to come. When Chateau began manufacturing the latch they realized that standard metal didn't last long in the elements, so they developed a coating process. This latch has been double dipped in Zinc and will withstand the elements no problem.
